When will my Bingo bonus be credited?

If you have yet to receive a free bet offer for which you have qualified, there are a number of actions you can take:

Check the free bet hasn't already been credited

Check the 'Terms & Conditions' of the offer

If you have received an email to notify you of the specific offer, there will be a link at the bottom of the email directing you to the Terms & Conditions of the offer:

This link will give you assistance on the qualifying criteria of the offer and whether there is any delay in the crediting of the offer.

Check the 'Free Bets' section of My Account

You can also check the status of any offers you have qualified for on the Free Bets page of the My Account section. This can be reached by clicking your balance in the top right corner and then 'View Details'.
