What is a physical prize/ how do I win this?
From time to time we love to give away a physical prize. Some of the prizes we have given away are listed below. Ensure you read over the promotional details as you may need to opt in and stake to qualify for the chance of winning a prize. The promotional terms can be seen on the Promotions Tab on the Home Page of the Main Bingo site here and make sure you log in and select the promotion tab.
How will I know I have won?
Depending on the promotion and product you will be notified in different ways. For example, you may be notified by the Chat host within a Bingo game. Details of how you will be notified will be available within the promotional terms and conditions where you have opted in. These terms will be available under the promotions tab on Sky Bingo here. Make sure you log in and select the promotion tab.
When will I receive my prize?
You will receive your prize within 28 days from the end of a promotion. This is usually between 4-8 weeks from when you have won. Where possible we will always try to get this out to you earlier. If you need to check when a promotion ends this can be found within the promotional terms and conditions where you had opted in. You'll be able to see the promotions page throughout the promotional period and the promotional dates will be mentioned within the terms and conditions. Why does this take so long?
First we have to collate the details of all of the prize winners, which is why we wait until the promotion ends. Then we pass these details onto our 3rd party fulfilment company to dispatch this to you.
Is this safe?
Don't worry, when we share your information, we do so in line with General Data Protection Regulation. You can see our Cookies Policy & Privacy Statement using the links.
Will I be contacted?
Our fulfilment company aims to contact all customers once your prize has been dispatched. This is usually within the 28 days quoted above and once the promotion has ended.
What can I do in the meantime?
Check your account and ensure that your address details are up to date. Please also check your email address and contact number in case we need to get in touch with you. If you do need to change your address please do this through your account options, then get in touch with us via Live Chat to let us know you have won a prize and have changed your address.
How to update your contact details:
1. Select 'My Account'
2. Scroll down to 'Edit Account Details'
3. Select 'Edit Details'
4. Here you can update your address, email and phone number
5. To get in touch over Live Chat, select 'Contact Us' at the bottom of any Help & Support page, including this one. You will then be asked to tell us why you are contacting us and once you have done this, you can select 'Live Chat'.
What happens if it's been more than 28 days and I have not received my prize?
Please ensure it's been more than 28 days since the promotion ended. If this time has elapsed get in touch with us via Live Chat so that we can look into this further for you. If you wish to see when the promotion ends, you can see this via the 'Promotions' tab on the main site Home Page here.
When did the promotion end? I can't find the terms anymore
If the promotion is expired, you will no longer be able to view the terms. Our promotions usually run at the start of the month to the end of the month, therefore if you have not received your prize by the end of the following month, this is when you should contact us using the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page.
