What happened to the 10am-11am Free Bingo session? 

We're pressing pause on our morning Free Bingo session. We've made some exciting changes to bring you an even better experience! Meaning more and bigger prize pots in the evening Free Bingo session between 7pm and 8pm. 

Our 10am-11am morning session has now been replaced with a Double Prize Hour in our Sky Pennies room, during the same time slot. Our Guaranteed Prizes will increase from £10 to £20 throughout the hour, bringing the total prize pool to £240.

Terms & Conditions: 

• Upon logging into Sky Bingo, eligible individuals will get access to our Free Bingo room between 19:00 - 19:59 via the Bingo Lobby for a chance to win cash prizes (the "Promotion"). 
• This Promotion is only available to eligible individuals aged 18 years and over who are registered Customers of Sky Bingo (the "Players"). 
• Customers with relevant restrictions on their account and/or who have been previously excluded from any Sky Bingo, Sky Vegas or Sky Casino promotions/products will not be eligible for this Promotion. 
• This Promotion will run consistently every day until Sky Bingo remove the offer (the "Promotional Period"), however the Free Bingo room will only be open between the hours of 19:00 - 19:59 each day (the "Promotional Times"). 
• This Promotion will run within the Free Bingo room, where games may consist of a combination of 75 ball, 90 ball, 80 ball and pattern bingo and will operate in line with the Sky Betting and Gaming General Promotional Terms which can be viewed here. 
• Players can win once tickets have been purchased (at £0.00) in the Free Bingo room, by winning any line or full house, with the total prize money being allocated accordingly throughout the Promotional Times as per the table below:

• In the unforeseen circumstances where we have any technical issues during this Promotion, some Bingo rooms/games may not be available to play. Under these circumstances an investigation will take place which will deem if any replacements or refunds are due. This decision will be made within 72 working hours. All decisions made by Sky Bingo are final. The promotion page will be updated with the outcome along with our Chat Host team. 
• Prizes will be paid directly in cash to the Players account balance within 10 minutes of the game in which they have been won ending. If for any reason this does not happen, prizes shall be paid within 72 hours of the game ending. 
• All prizes are withdrawable. To withdraw any prize of less than £10/10 Euro, please contact our Customer Service Team who will process the withdrawal on your behalf. 
• Sky Betting and Gaming reserves the right to change, withdraw or increase the availability of and/or value of prizes throughout the Promotional Period at any time. This will not impact Players who have already started wagering under a promotion.
