We've made some changes to the Sky Bingo lobby across both Desktop & Mobile! We understand you might have some questions, so we have detailed some of our updates below to help you find your way around our new lobby!

What is the new homepage layout?
- This is the new menu location on the left-hand side, you can view everything from your tickets to your promotions! If you hover over an icon, it will show what it is!
- You can click here and it will open the full menu!
- This header gives you the option to toggle between the Lobby, Arcade & Prebuy Tickets!
- This is your 'My Account' section whereby you can amend details regarding your account, including updating your Avatar & Chat Name!
What is the new lobby layout?
- All side games can now be accessed on the left-hand side, but when clicked a pop up window appears which can be moved anywhere on screen!
- Bingo tickets central, and more visible!
- Bingo Chat is now a full column down the right-hand side!
How do I deposit?
The 'Deposit' button has now moved to the left-hand menu as seen in the image below!
How to purchase tickets
How do I Prebuy tickets?
1) Enter Sky Bingo.
2) Select 'Prebuy' from the top banner.
3) Filter 'Rooms' and pick your room(s).
4) You can also filter your 'Session Time' from the drop-down menu, and you can also filter 'Date' using the filter icon.
5) Pick a game, and select the number of tickets you wish to purchase from the drop-down menu.
You can scroll on this section to click 'Other' and a pop up will appear to enter a custom amount! You must then click 'Confirm' before moving on to the next step!
6) Click 'Add' and your tickets will be added to the Checkout.
7) Click 'Purchase', and then 'Confirm'.
8) You can view your tickets under the 'My Tickets' section within the left-hand menu!
How do I purchase tickets within the lobby?
1) Enter a Sky Bingo Lobby.
2) You will see the option to purchase tickets using the selections or the scroll bar.
3) Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase, then click 'Buy Tickets'.
4) Click 'Confirm'.
The above shows the countdown timer to when ticket sales close so you know how much time you have to buy your tickets. Ticket purchase for the next game closes 20 seconds before the next game begins.
How do I find games?
We have a selection of games visible upon entering the arcade lobby, which is now located centrally on the top banner!
Can I see my recently played games?
At this time, you are unable to view your recently played games.

3) Filter 'Rooms' and pick your room(s).
4) You can also filter your 'Session Time' from the drop-down menu.
5) Pick a game, and select the number of tickets you wish to purchase from the drop-down menu. You can scroll on this section to click 'Other' and a pop up will appear to enter a custom amount!
6) Click 'Go To Checkout'.
7) Click 'Complete Purchase', and then 'Confirm'.
8) You can view your tickets under the 'My Tickets' section within the main menu.
How do I purchase tickets within the lobby?
1) Enter the Sky Bingo Lobby.
2) You will see the option to purchase tickets using the selection or the scroll bar.
3) Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase, then click 'Buy Tickets'.
4) Click 'Confirm'.

How do I find games?

My Account Section
This is a completely new section whereby you can amend details regarding your account, including updating your Avatar & Chat Name, please see the below for an example of how this may look for you, and how to access the My Account page!
How do I see game information?
Within each game there will be an 'i' icon towards the top of the page, if you click this you will see full information regarding the game.
The icons will be in different colours depending on the game you are in! See below for examples.
