Sky Bingo: Lobby Changes

We've are making changes to the Sky Bingo lobby, some of you will see those changes now, the rest - it is coming, so watch this space!

We understand you might have some questions, so we have detailed some of our updates below to help you find your way around our new lobby!

How to purchase tickets

How do I Prebuy tickets?

1) Enter the Sky Bingo Lobby.

2) Select 'Prebuy' from the bottom menu.

3) Filter 'Rooms' and pick your room(s).

4) You can also filter your 'Session Time' from the drop-down menu.

5) Pick a game, and select the number of tickets you wish to purchase from the drop-down menu.

6) Click 'Go To Checkout'.

7) Click 'Complete Purchase', and then 'Confirm'.

8) You can view your tickets under the 'My Tickets' section within the main menu.

How do I purchase tickets within the lobby?

1) Enter the Sky Bingo Lobby.

2) You will see the option to purchase tickets using the selection or the scroll bar.

3) Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase, then click 'Buy Tickets'.

4) Click 'Confirm'.

The above shows the countdown timer to when ticket sales close so you know how much time you have to buy your tickets. Ticket purchase for the next game closes 20 seconds before the next game begins.

How do I find games?

We have a selection of games visible upon entering the arcade lobby, if you select 'Show More' it will present more games for you to see.

You are also able to search for your favourite games using the 'Search' feature.

Can I see my recently played games?

At this time, you are unable to view your recently played games.

This is a completely new section whereby you can amend details regarding your account, including updating your Avatar & Chat Name, please see the below for an example of how this may look for you, and how to access the My Account page!
